Jennifer Evans – Trainer Bio
Hi, my name is Jennifer Evans, and I started Dream Team Fitness with Zeke Mims. Fitness isn’t just something I do—it’s my passion and my purpose. I created Dream Team Fitness to be more than just a gym; I wanted it to be a place where everyone—men and women—feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to become their best selves.
I am dedicated to training and supporting individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds. I believe fitness is about more than physical change—it’s about building confidence, creating meaningful connections, and feeling like you truly belong.
I specialize in group training, fitness programs, and personalized coaching for both men and women. My approach is all about meeting you where you are and helping you grow, step by step, with encouragement, accountability, and a strong sense of community.
